Do you have a rusted bracelet or whether it has turned into yellowish colour?
My advice DO NOT buy "silver" accessories from Diva -_-
Stupid bracelet from Diva turned yellowish so fast and smells like rust!
So this is what I do..

I don't know how to paint the chain part, even if I do I won't wear it.
But you can actually take those little charms out
and make a key chain out of it
Did this when I was still in high school.
It was an ugly looking metal clip and I painted it with my nail polish
so that I can use it.
I remember I clipped my hair to school with this before.
Don't ask me why SHEEP thank you. Hah..
And my old "lala" bling bling necklace I bought from Sungei Wang ages ago.
I painted it with my nail polish also, then I turned it into a key chain instead ;)

you can actually turn the yellow into silver again by brushing with toothpaste :) or metal cleaners.
