Aging prostitute breaks her limbs in bid to escape raid

Kuala Lumpur : An aging prostitute broke her hand and leg after
she jumped from the roof of a building in her bid to escape a raid.
The woman, in her 50's, jumped from the double-storey building in Jalan Chow Kit
when she saw the raiding officers in the 9pm incident on Wednesday.
She has been warded at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital.
Six other women, also in their 50's were rounded up during the four hour raid
at a brothel on the first floor building. The Kuala Lumpur police chief said the joint operation was to apprehend drug addicts, illegals, prostitutes, transsexuals and pirated VCD and DVD peddlers.





Abused baby dies after one week in ICU.

Kuala Lumpur : A three month old boy,
believe to have been abused by his baby-sitter died after being admitted
to Hospital KL for a week. The baby who was treated at the intensive
care unit was prounounced at 2.45pm on Thursday.
It was believed that the child have been alone with baby-sitter
when he stoppe breathing. Initial reports showed the cause of death
to be internal bleeding. It was confirmed that the infant's mother had lodged a police report over the matter shortly after his death.






Gaming couple jailed for starving baby to death

SEOUL : A south Korean couple who left their baby to starve
while raising a "virtual child" on the Interned were given prison sentences.
The 42 year old husband and his wife, 25 were arrested in March
for leaving their daughter to die while they spent hours at Internet cafes.
The husband was sentenced for two years in jail,
but suspended since she is pregnant with a second child.
The defendants's prematurely born daughter needed constant care
but they did not feed the baby and even beat her, while indulging in online games.





Two teens die in car crash

Shah Alam : Two teenagers were killed in an accident
after being thrown out of their car on impact,
when it crashed into rails at KM21.7 of the Kesas Highway.
In yesterday's incident at 5am, Ng Kai Sheng and his girlfriend Wong Tao Yen,
both 19 died at the crash site due to head and body injuries.
It was believed that the car skidded and hit the beam rails three times and caused two teenagers to be thrown out of the car.
The car came to a stop at the road shoulder. There were no other vehicles were on the road at the time.






Murder Victim's brother held

Port dickson : Police believed they have solved the murder of an 18 year old student here with the arrest of three people, including the victim's brother.
The three would be remanded until Thursday to allow police to wrap up their probe
into the murder of A. Prakash, who was found dead at a playground in Km16 Jalan Pantai,
near here, on April 17.
Prakash body was found by a hotel employee at about 7am.
Police believed that Prakash was murdered else-where
and his body was dumped in the playground.
The victim had strangulation marks on his neck
and was believed to have been stabbed several times.
His money was missing and found only his identity card.
The three others being sought were brothers.

Sigh, the news about the accident at Kesas is so sad. The girl is my friend's gf. The guy who was in the car with her was just a friend of hers, I wonder how the newspaper managed to even say that they're lovers.
